Create Wordpress site for client

Help our usual wordpress assist has gone AWOL! A client requires a wordpress based site to combine both static and blog pages. We have her branding and want help to identify appropriate template, adapt it (NB she's quite picky), build it, add any advisable seurity plugins, add best current SEO plugin, and go live. I will be assisting with content creation, SEO work and account management but would like WP helper to also liaise direct using my agency ID and an email I'll set up. We may split this into two stages - first to id the theme/subtheme and provide advice + costs so we can ensure this job moves forward; second to execute.
