Create Simple One Page Web site

I want to create a simple one page website for teenagers to access. I want to do this to market my services that I have. So
1: I want the website to have links to games
2: For them to be able to contact me
3: For me to link to other sites
4: To be able to view for example your tube on my site.
I have seen some free sites that may be able to do the job.i am not looking for anythins too comlpicated , so if you can design this in a free site for me that is fine. I have already signed up to a free site Weebly, but it is taking me to long to understand what to do.
So
Any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. I know what I need not sure if coming across in this.
