analyse top performing competitor sites
recommend an available domain name - I will register it
create new html/css web site
write copy for the site
provide royalty free images
I have a whm reseller hosting account to host the site on
install google analytics, webmaster, sitemap etc - I already have accounts for these for other sites

on page seo to be included from the ground up

The key thing here is that you will be writing the copy as well as doing the design and layout. I am very short of time so I only expect to have to review and agree your work.
