Create a Mailchimp template that in on brand with our website

Design details: Our website is www.landandwave.co.uk
I'd like a newsletter designed in MC to match the design of the website
It must include:
Our logo to be at the top - this would need to be blended into the back ground
A nice header
Full width space at the top of the for a text Dear XX and a few lines
Then image boxes with text to the left and visa vera for news -
A Top Deals section
A full width image session with text underneath it
An 'In other news' section
Nice footer
Design must be flexible so we can easily add or remove sections
Design must match the colour scheme of our website

Id like it to be a clean crisp design with nothing too complicated

The newsletter in the link below is ok but I want ours to be better!
