Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am looking for a designer who can accurately recreate a classic print advertisement layout and apply it to a modern landing page; This is not a creative design project. This is a precision layout reproduce task. You will be given: a reference ad (Rolls-Royce style); a banner image (skydiver), full body copy (already written), an opt-in page reference. Your job is to match the layout exactly, not reinterpret it. What I need Built: A landing page with the following exact structure (top to bottom):
1) Hero Image: Full width across the page; Must match the width of the three-column layout below; Use the provided skydiver image; Do not crop incorrectly (hands must remain as is). 2) Headline: Must be centered; Placed directly under the image; Must match the style of the Rolls-Royce ad-
clean, simple, no bold styling; Proper spacing above and below. 3) Bordered Intro Section:
A rectangular bordered box without the left and right sides containing the sub-headline to be positioned above the start of the main copy (please refer to the screenshot). Text is fully justified. 4) Three-Column Body Copy (MOST IMPORTANT): This must match the Rolls-Royce ad template provided. Requirements: 3 columns - Tight spacing (dense, not airy) - Fully justified text (no ragged edges) - Approximately 35 characters per line - Consistent vertical alignment across columns
No bullets, no icons, no modern styling. Invitation Section: A continuation of the third column. 5) Opt-In page: Please refer to the opt-in page template, with modifications.
Requirements:
Separate section under the invitation
Frosted white background: #fffcfd
Outer border: 1/16 inch
Input fields border: 1/32 inch
Fields:
First Name + Last Name (same row)
Email (full width below)
CTA Button: Full width (same as email field)
Color: Kelly green
Text: Request acquisition details
Text under CTA:
Positioned within the $50,000–$150,000 acquisition range.
Final valuation depends on buyer profile and use case.
Top-left text:
Nunkauf.com, please provide your details below.
6) Offer Form: (Second Step)
This will be a follow-up form, not shown immediately; structure the page so:
users can be routed to a second form later; design allows expansion without breaking layout.
Technical Requirements:
Must be built in Figma OR high-fidelity design first - Then translated to HTML/CSS OR Webflow -
Typography must closely match: Baskerville (or closest equivalent)
Text must be: fully justified - properly spaced (no gaps, no jagged edges or rivers).
Match the references, proportions, spacing and density exactly.
Files to be received:
Rolls-Royce ad reference (layout template)
Skydiver banner image
Full body copy (14 facts + invitation)
Opt-in page reference screenshot
I'm looking for strong attention to detail.
Experience with editorial or print-style layouts
Ability to follow instructions exactly
Understanding of column layout.
Please include:
Examples of print-style or editorial layouts
Any work that shows multi-column typography
A short note confirming you understand:
Thank you.

Hi Mickey, can you please tell if you want the final landing page built in pure HTML/CSS or Webflow after the Figma layout replication?
