Create a basic website in Wordpress

I need a designer who can create a basic 4-5 page website in Wordpress using a default theme, no content is needed as I will add this myself, however I need one graphic made which is a map showing our routes (This is a taxi website) This will be a basic website, no coding needed, a logo would also be needed.
