Corporate identity and Website design

I have a new business and will need to have:
1. A brochure-type website, maximum of 10 pages
2. A logo, and
3. Stationaries ( businesscard, letterhead, complimentary slip) to be designed
The prospective designer will also be maintaining the website regularly too.
I will also be needing brochures and other business materials to be designed from time to time.
I will prefer somebody local for ease of contact and communication.
