Convert Completed SVG Designs Into an Editable WordPress Website

I need an experienced WordPress developer to turn a set of completed SVG page designs into a fully functional, responsive website. The site will use the client’s exact SVG layouts as visual backgrounds, while all text, images, and content areas must remain fully editable through the WordPress dashboard.

The project includes:
Installing WordPress on 1&1 IONOS hosting
Building pages based on the provided sitemap
Placing the SVG designs accurately on each page (no redesigning required)
Making all content editable in WordPress
Integrating JotForm forms, Mailchimp signup, and a Stripe payment embed (codes will be provided)
Setting up correct email routing for each form
Implementing simple conditional email logic for one form (inside JotForm, no coding)
No heavy custom coding is required — mainly page setup, SVG placement, form embedding, and basic configuration.
