Content Updates & Maintenance – garveylabs.com and CUFD Website

This project continues our work on the two Next.js sites you built:

1. garveylabs.com
2. Communities United for Fair Development – https://communitiesunited.vercel.app/

SCOPE
- Content updates and revisions across both sites, based on instructions and copy we'll provide in the workstream once the project is approved
- Fixes to links, metadata, forms, and page layouts as needed
- Occasional new pages built within the existing designs
- Domain and hosting configuration in Vercel as needed

ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP
- Confirm who owns each GitHub repository, Vercel project, and domain/DNS record
- Transfer anything in your name to accounts we designate, keeping collaborator access for yourself
- Use each service's built-in transfer or invite feature; no passwords in the workstream

ONGOING MAINTENANCE
To be set up as a separate project after the initial work:
- Content updates within 1–2 business days, same-day for time-sensitive updates
- Monthly dependency and security updates, uptime checks, and backups

OPTIONAL – QUOTE SEPARATELY
- Add a lightweight headless CMS (for example Sanity, TinaCMS, or Decap) so our staff can edit text and publish articles directly

HOW WE'LL WORK
- All changes go through pull requests and preview links; nothing goes live without our approval
- All wording is provided and approved by us; no copy changes without written sign-off
- No access to CUFD join-form member data is needed
- Please keep work on the CUFD site out of public portfolios and reviews unless we agree in writing

PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL
- Your hourly rate, or a fixed price for the initial round of updates, including the ownership transfer
- Suggested monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance (hours and price)
- Separate price for the optional CMS
- Your typical turnaround time
