Coming soon webpage - outstanding graphic design skills needed

Hi,

I need a professional graphic designer with web developing expertise to help me build a one-page coming soon page.

Please see my detailed design request attached. I need someone with outstanding graphic design expertise to execute my vision.



For the task, I would offer to pay in two lots, one for the graphic design, and if I am happy with the final outcome, I will pay you the other lot for the web development.

Please give me examples of your previous work, which has some similarity to what I have in mind.

Please let me know your rate (for both parts - graphic + web development) and your turnaround time.
