CMS website from Joomla template

Need new website that I can manage myself by changing basic text in some areas. 5 pages of simple text and 1 support file for customers to download.
May need to change the support file occasionally.
Average 50 words per page that can I can send for copy & paste.
No logos or pictures required at present.
Clean looking simple website possibly built from a Joomla template?
Must be experienced person who can make it work without any problems.
Just had months of hassle with inexperienced person, wasted time and money.
