I need a website created that allows users to login and place classified ads that go live instantly. The only money going through the site is the fees for posting the ads which allows for upgrades.
There needs to be a home page, a section page (which can be duplicated for all the different sections), pricing page, T&Cs.
It doesn’t need to have any fancy design, just functional and easy enough for someone with no web skills to maintain. I’m looking for someone who can create this ASAP.
