Charity Website Revamp - with Wordpress CMS

Revamp of our Charity's website. Requires Wordpress CMS and a refreshed design to make it look more modern.

Would require 5 pages set up to use as templates:
1- Homepage
2 - Standard Page
3 - Venue Booking Page
4 - Donation Page
5 - Events Page

We'd also like a refresh of our logo and work with someone who has a good design ethic themselves (we don't have a lot of time to precisely state exactly what the design should be down to every element).

We will be responsible for moving content from the old site to the new site so the quote will just be for setting up the web framework to allow us to populate with text/pictures etc.

We are keen to work with people who have an established portfolio of their work and those that have been referred so on bidding please could you give us your example portfolio. Thanks for looking
