    Wix may not be able to offer you all the functionality you want. Larval is the best option of the 2 you presented but the budget presented will not be able to over this. Your best bet to keep within budget and still get what you want is Wordpress. Let me know if this is an option you are willing to consider or if budget is flexible for larval.
