Brand new events company website creation

We are looking for initial quotes and someone who will be able to complete this project timely for us but has the right vision along with us. The business: An events planning company, focusing on arranging hen and stag parties exclusively for the LGBTQIA+ community. Initially the events will all be planned in Brighton but we envisage expanding to other areas in the next 6 months so the website needs to be able to be refined when that happens. the key features should include:
sections for activity types and details of these including the prices per person
options for visitors to build a package to give an instant quote per person and send this for enquiry booking
the ability to put in all the event guest names/email addresses and allow each individual to pay off their own place so it's easier for the lead booker to manage.
us to self manage the website on an easy to use platform (or be taught how to use it) so we can add new activities/partners on ourselves as this will grow monthly as we add on more options for parties

we would like the website to go live in the next month or so, but happy to have initial landing page and concept design put together first, and then we can build from there.

please ignore the fixed price below as we dont know what the price would be for the features we are looking for atm. our competitors will be websites that are the likes of chilli sauce, last night of freedom, off limits events etc.
