Booking Site

I need a site that will allow subscription of freelance trainers and companies that wish to hire them.
Trainers will be able to input there details i.e qualifications, areas covered, day rates, upload qualifications, Calendar etc.
This would need to be secure so companies can not access the information unless they are subscribed.
This would incur a cost to freelance trainers to put there details on the site.
This would also incur a cost to companies wishing to use the platform.
Multiply search criteria's for companies to search for the right freelancer
