Blog styling required with CSS.

I have an existing blog that I have a file upload system operating on using the Gravity Forms plug in.

The functionality is all there, but the styling needs to be addressed. Sidebar widgets will need a little styling as will the main post/blog area.

Currently there is no styling, just the WP standard. The type of thing the client is looking for is on the attached document.

Please give me your complete price and let me know how quickly it could be completed.
