Basic website

i am looking for a designer to build a "brochure" style web site that can be edited and managed using wordpress.

The initial site is less than 12 pages. Simple "contact us" form throwing off an email, no back end databases required at this time.
Other pages consist of text and graphics, downloadable documents and linlks to third party sites.
We will host so i require the files delivered in a format that can be uploaded and managed.

The most complex aspect of the site is to capture visitors email addresses. I would like to be able to secure contact details before anyone downloads documents or gets quotes from the site.

This product is sold to solicitors, but is actually purchased by members of the public so we are seeking a freelancer who has good grasp of design for both B2B and B2C applications.
