Arabic language Graphic designer

We have lots of work to design posts for social media mainly instagram.
We need someone to work with us for long term since we need a lot of post for our clients. We might consider even monthly payment or by packages we are open for discuss all post are in Arabic
1- must be good at Arabic mother language prefer ( u need the photoshop / fonts ..)
2- we have 2 options either we give u a theme for a specific clients and all I do add text and change images or u can design a theme (can be multiple posts ) or 1 post
