An HTML microsite to run offline from a mac/pc formatted flash drive

Description of every page: We require a small HTML site to be created that will be loaded on a flash drive and distributed.
The HTML site will act as an offline resource for customers and clients and will include links to pdfs, manuals, .exe's and mp4s which will all be stored locally on the flash drive. The content includes a lot of video and in multiple languages.
IA
When the user plugs in the Flash drive, they should see the html icon and either a single folder holding all the contents or if possible a hidden single folder.
-Landing Page
When the user clicks on the html icon (possibly using client logo as icon), the landing page opens and includes:
Nav bar (always visible) & brief welcome text and either nice image or video of product
Nav Bar links:
-Video Gallery Page
Our main video is currently available in 10 languages. Each one fully localised and available chapter by chapter. (On DVD and YouTube)
From the Video Gallery Page there should be an option to chose the appropriate language and then be taken to the full video (with chapter selection) in that chosen language. Video full screen option would be nice, otherwise on page at 1000x850px.
I have all the videos, text description in each language and their chapter descriptions too. Text support required for: English, German, Spanish, Turkish, Mandarin, French, Russian, Japanese, Vietnamese and Arabic. Basically one language page needs to be created and one video page needs to be created, duplicated and populated 10 times.
-Software Page
PC only software will be on the Flash Drive to install. (Ideally at the click of a button from this page!)
-Manuals, FAQs, Links and additional resources page
A few of links to local pdfs and possibly a few via URL too. Maybe one or two additional links but nothing too extreme!
So we're looking at a 4 page site, but one of those pages (the video page) will need to be created in 10 languages (all content provided by me)
As mentioned before, it's not a huge build, but something that needs to work 100% in an offline environment. (apart from the URL links to additional resources of course!)
