Adult Website Designer

I am looking for a designer to continue the work of my previous designer who disappeared 3 months ago (left and never came back to PPH). There are 2 areas of work to do and I see this as weekly on-going work from 5-25 hours per week.

1) The sites are already built but we have continued work including some new pages and graphics to make for http://www.devilgotnaked.com/ and our other sites. Also need to do some more work with the mascot (girl in our logo) to have her in other positions and poses for use in other pages and areas.

2) I need a design for PornAccessibility.com our new website which will sell an Accessibility Toolbar for the adult business. To do this project we need some minor design changes to the toolbar and the new site color scheme and design. However, be aware, all our websites use the same framework and CMS so they all follow the same layout pattern as you see in www.sexyiraverber.com, www.kayleesinz.com, www.devilgotnaked.com

I'm searching for a qualified candidate who has artistic capability to continue the style and designs we have, is able to create art not just use clipart. All designs shall be in layered PSD photoshop documents. I code all sites myself so I don't need a programmer.

I also use Asana for project management but all financial transactions and official matters will be here on PPH.

As stated in my job description, I am looking for a new part time on-demand designer to have long term relationship with. All work is done on "task" basis that's between $40-50 per task of work usually and since we don't know each other, we will start with 1-2 such small tasks. It works than we keep funding going on PPH and continue to work task by task. Basically each task is from 2-4 hours and might be something like: design pricing page or design icons for Dashboard or replace photo art on home page. You do the work, update in Asana, make a note in PPH, and send me image files for review. If I approve you send PSD and the task is closed. Since I'm programmer you can start to see why task based as I encounter design problems I don't solve I add tasks to Asana for that site.
