A Build Your Own Set Platform for my website

I would like to have a build you own set platform on our website - www.comtec-presentations.com, Where user can create there own set using the elements we provide, Set backdrop, lectern, led screen, lights and banner.

They can also customise the set by adding there own logo and backdrop and can also change colours of the lights

With each elements they select they will be given a prices which will be totalled up to give them a cost of how much there set package will cost.

The user will need to provide us with a username and password to gain access to our client area where they can view there set and costing. - so a form will need to be added to the platform

So basically : -

1 User to select the set they want and the elements or they customise the set with their own branding and background
2. A prices table will appear showing the costing
3. A form is at the bottom where User creates a username with their email address and once they press SUBMIT a email will be sent to us saying this person has created a set and here is their username and there email address.
4. SYSTEM WILL GENERATE A PASSWORD FOR THE CLIENT AREA
Another email address will go to the user, giving them the link to the client area, username and password for them to access
5. SYSTEME WILL SEND THE VISUAL OF THE SET CREATED BY USER AND THE BREAKDOWN OF THE COSTING TO THE CLIENT AREA
When user goes to the client area it will show the visual of the set the costing and a download button for them to download it all on our letterhead

I want someone who can build this and give suggestions on how can it be done

I am not sure how much this will cost but i do want the price to be reasonable
