2 unique designs needed for a website

I need 2 completely different responsive designs for a website. Please read the entire description before you bid and make sure to understand it fully. I know exactly what I want and I have went through great lengths to be as detailed as possible.

Do not just bid without reading.

An example website already exists. I will release the example website to the winning freelancer. The example website has only been developed in the back end. The front end is not done yet.

You will look at the website and I will send you the links to 4 pages.

Then you will provide me with:
- 2 unique designs for the 4 pages. For each unique design, you must provide the desktop and mobile design. The website content on the new design will remain the same. You are just providing new designs around the same content.

Let me repeat this as it may be confusing to some people. You are going to provide me with TWO UNIQUE DESIGNS for each of the 4 pages. EACH DESIGN should show the desktop AND mobile view.

So Page 1 (homepage) - you provide Design 1 and Design 2.

For Design 1, you provide the desktop AND mobile view.
For Design 2, you provide the desktop AND mobile view.

Same goes for Page 2, 3 and 4.

One of the pages is the homepage (Page 1). Once you complete this homepage, the remaining 3 pages should be quicker to finish as the header and footer will be the exact same.

So for e.g. the 4 main pages are

Page 1 - Homepage
Page 2 - Landing Page - Using the designs from the homepage, you will alter the main content area
Page 3 - Second Landing Page - Using the designs from the homepage, you will alter the main content area
Page 4 - Article Page - Using the designs from the homepage, you will alter the main content area

I will send the the example URL of the existing website to the winning bidder. The example URL will show the content but without a design. So you will have a good idea of what the content will look like and then you need to provide a design encapsulating the content.

Important Points

Use bootstrap 12 column grid. Left/right sidebars (if any) should be 3 columns each.

I will include images that can be used as the splash background images.

Use complementary colours. Warm, fun and modern tone.

Font and line height should be big and easy to read.

I am looking for a clean and professional look with big and spaced out easy to read text.

The menu with have a drop down effect which will show the sub menus. This menu design should be shown in your final template. Add some background colour to the sub menus. Look at the sub menu for https://www.mint.com and https://revex-demo.000webhostapp.com/index.html

There should be space for a Leaderboard image ad at the top of every page (between the bottom of the main menu and rest of page).

Incorporate space for ads in the designs. The ads will be Google Ads so you can use their standard recommended sizes.

For the logo, you can provide 2 examples to go with each colour scheme. I will tell you the text name of the website and then you can create some kind of small icon that symbolizes the meaning of the text.

Specific elements that should be included somewhere in the designs:

Page title (this is the equivalent of H1 in html)
Text link as well as hover over text link
Header section - this is the section above the primary menu. Should include search bar and simple text logo
Primary menu with highlighted active menu
Primary menu with user hovering over one menu item that will show the dropdown design
Footer section (3 columns)
Call to Action Button (also shown how it looks when you hover over it)
Provide all background images as separate images

You will provide the designs as jpegs AND also provide me with the illustrator files (or whatever file type you used while designing) so if there is work in the future another designer can continue from where you left off.
