2 New pages created on a Wp site

I need some template pages created on a new Wp website and it should the same layout as this one

I will supply the logo and images and you will create the page and there will be two submission forms that will email me the imputed information

You must be able to speak english and be able to have a phone conversation on zoom or whatsup. and i will need to talk to you before offering the job to you to discus how you intend to do it.

There will be regular work in the future but there must be a good level of communication,

this work will need to be done within 36 hour of being offered the job
