Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Industry: Business
Kind of design: Full presentation
Number of slides needed: 10-15
Data and special elements to include: Revise existing bar graphs and visuals
Add additional visuals/graphics where necessary, but keep animation and images to a minimum
Looking for help with general design, flow, spacing, font, etc.
Ideas for the visual style: Clean, not too many images (if any)
Extra notes: I am looking for a strong powerpoint communicator AND designer to help me edit and re-design an existing powerpoint presentation. The purpose of the powerpoint is to explain a new program I am proposing to launch with an existing client. The client is familiar with my business, but will be sharing the powerpoint with others in their organisation who may not be. I need to tell a compelling story through the powerpoint deck alone, since there will be no oral presentation accompanying it.
I have a first draft of the powerpoint presentation, with all the basic content, but I need two things. First, I need it to look more professional - i.e. more 'slick' (fonts, spacing, visuals, etc.). At the moment it is not going to be presented - instead it will be sent around or discussed as a handout. Therefore I don't need lots of animation or graphics necessarily but it needs to look very professional and clean. It is currently mostly text - I am not sure how much of this should stay as text but it shouldn't look too flashy regardless. Secondly, because it is a document that needs to stand on its own, I want to make sure it is coherent and tells the full story in the best possible way. Therefore I need a powerpoint expert who can both make it look good visually, and ensure the content is communicated clearly.
