Juke Box Graphic Design

I need a Juke Box designed for a charity event in aid of Hospital Radio. The Juke Box will be a big graphic which will go on the wall, there will be a a song listing in the middle of the Juke Box, and visitors to the event can each 'buy a song'. Once the song is bought, it is crossed out. Later in the evening when all the 'songs are bought' we will do a live draw, and the draw number (pulled out of a hat) will match to the Juke Box, and the winner will win an amazing prize.

So, I need....

A large Juke Box graphic which will have
- hospital radio logo
- room for 50 songs to be listed (in the middle)
- has an art deco 50's design

I will provide the size required to the winning bidder, so this artwork will need to be scaleable.
