Induction heating with arduino

Induction cooktop with Arduino of capacity 5 Kw
1) quasi resonant inverter
2) Need to run continuously 24*7 , need proper cooling for board and coil
3) For heating Aluminium is first priority and for steel and stain less steel also
4) Need Arduino program to control with Arduino , with watts and time frame (option to increase and decrease watts
along with time, need wiring schematic diagram for Arduino also
5) Need Arduino program and manual control also .
6) Need completed PCB design and components sourcing and (alternative similar components details available locally
documents that will help
7) need the prototype with 220v ac power supply
8) need safety feature as cookware detection, temp detection (infrared and thermocouple) , and short circuit and
overload protection and other
protections.
9) need complete paper work , working description, schematics with pictures .
10) need a working prototype , money will be released after prototype is in proper working state
11) litz wire designing and litz wire parameters for aluminium and steel details has to be given
12) Voltage and amps reading for Arduino and in Display also ,
Note: Need to work on ZVS SYSTEM AND manual frequency
adjustment system also (lets discuss on this )
