I'm looking for a designer specialized in brand book design concept, which will be a guide of well know brand for a Japanese restaurant that consist the history; vision, value; and materials.
What we need to work on now are:
1- Communication Guidelines
- This guide will define the tone and style of all communication for BRAND NAME
2- Visual Guidelines
- Visual guideline will an extension to the existing brand guidelines. We will define the right, colors, shapes and symbols to be applied in the design of every interactive experience at BRAND NAME.
Materials needed to keep in mind are the below:
1. Chef coats
2. Polo shirts
4. Hosts staff shirts
5. Hats and caps
7. Chopsticks – final approved AW
8. Wet napkins
9. Working hours sign
11. Logo signage
12. Menu Design
1. Car Branding
4. Delivery Bags
5. Take away chopsticks
6. Box Sleeve
1. Website and SM template
a. We need to show the template that should be used throughout and give a brief point on why we need it that way.
b. We need you to recommend if we should use 1 template for everything; or have a template for announcements and another template for recipes
2. Photography guidelines and profile
a. We need to give a brief introduction on how the images should be taken (top view, side view and why).
I will provide a PPT that has detailed breakdown of the communication guidelines and visual guidelines once I hired the freelancer.
I will be providing the final AW materials to take all needed elements from it, like logo color... etc.
The candidate should provide a sample of a previous project.

Can I clarify something please - so the materials to bear in mind section - have these all been designed? Is it just the visual and communications guidelines that need to be created based on the existing brand creation?
