A few sketches first, but ideally help all the way to last production.

I'm Darius, the CEO of Carets. We're looking to build a women's oxford and an ankle boot for women. Our site is (www.caretsco.com)
There's two defining features of our shoes -
#1 is the hollow heel. Our shoe is "zero-drop" which means that the heel and forefoot are basically parallel to the floor. However, it has the illusion of a heel through our patented design.
#2 is the wide toebox but tapered top of the shoe look. If you look at our competitors like Vivobarefoot (http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-yyUPWGLjXR8/UHmCHQZB8KI/AAAAAAAABl0/uIkhww2Qct0/s1600/P9250068.JPG) their shoes look pretty "clownlike", because they have a wide toe area, but it doesn't taper off. Ours look much less clownlike, and we have improved on the design on the site currently.
I have a couple questions on the shoe design:
1. Can you give me an estimate for developing a couple sketches for a women's oxford and an ankle boot? We'd like to show them to a couple of our customers.
2. How long would it take for you to develop a technical sketch (I'm not sure of the exact term) for production? I won't hold you to this, I'm just curious about the rough timeline.
3. Do you have contacts that you would be able to help create lasts with on those shoes? We have someone in Mexico but since we're in the USA, we think the back and forth could create a delay of several months.
4. If yes to 3, how long would that process take to create a last that you're satisfied with?
Thanks Hannah!
