Very Specific Vector Logo Required

Hello,
I am very sure of what I would like in terms of a logo because I have found a perfect example. I don't intend to use this in the UK but I don't want to break any copyright laws either so I need something creating of a similar style please.

I need it to be scaled up so I can send it to print too.
I just like everything about this.
Please make it is black on a white background.
The text would read Big Baps in the middle and then dummy text in the other places I would like to be able to edit
It doesn't need to be a carbon copy but something close to this, I like the way it looks like a stamp and it suits the cafe vibe I am looking for.
I am sure someone skilled could do this in an hour so I set the budget accordingly.
If you can do it please tell me when you can do it by and please ensure me it will be provided in a vector format or something that I can resize up without loss of resolution.
