Vector logo design

I am looking for a simple vector logo design that is a series of connected dots and then has West Midlands Senior Leaders' Network written below in a simple, modern font.

I have attached an example logo of the sort of thing I am looking for, but I would like the shape of the connected dots to reflect the shape of the West Midlands (picture also attached).

I would like the logo in black, on white and transparent backgrounds., but if you're able to offer the logo in a range of colours, on white/transparent background, that would be great.

It will be used for print and web, so I would like the logo as .png and .jpg and no extra charge for revisions.
