Vector files for t-shirt creation!

Project Overview:
I am looking for someone to knock together a couple of clean, high-resolution print-ready files (SVG/AI and transparent PNGs) for a custom birthday t-shirt. The design parodies a corporate tech/Starlink aesthetic and needs to be sharp, legible, and professional-looking at a glance, with humorous text elements. Is the idea :)

Deliverables Required:

Front Graphic:

Left Chest Badge: A minimalist, sleek satellite dish vector icon with the word STARLINK on top and WANKER directly underneath it (using a clean, geometric all-caps sans-serif font like Brandon Grotesque or Gotham with wide letter spacing).

Speedometer Dial Graphic: A semi-circular, broadband speed test-style speedometer arc split into distinct colored zones (green, yellow, orange, red). The text labels must be cleanly curved along each zone.

Speedometer Text Levels (from left to right):

0–5 Mbps: Copper Wire Caravan Casual

5–10 Mbps: Buffer-Free Bandit

10–50 Mbps: Unbearable Show-Off

50–100 Mbps: Tepid Tosspot

Max / Gig+: Maximum Starlink Wanker

Style Guidelines:

Tech-bro corporate aesthetic meets tongue-in-cheek humor.

Everything must be vector-based so the text on the dial curves cleanly and remains sharp when printed.

Delivered as transparent PNGs (high-DPI) and editable vector source files (.AI or .SVG).

I've uploaded something that was knocked up in AI if that helps!! I actually think the Starlink Icon might be better on the left chest though with wanker below it :)
