Upgrade an existing logo

I would like to change/upgrade my existing logo to something more contemporary and appealing. I have an instagram only shop selling fashion jewelry and accessories for women and teens. I would like the new logo to appeal to my demographic ideally 16 year olds upto 40 year olds. You can check out my product offerings on my instagram account about_that_girl. I have also attached my current logo. I am open to fresh ideas and even new colour options. I need the upgraded logo to feature on all jewelry tags, business cards and gift tags and gift bags.
