Unique Graphical Logo Required

The logo will be used for business cards and social media banner/ thumbnail and must include a head and shoulder silhouette of a woman with short dreadlock/ braid style hair.
The main wording of the logo will be:
I-Shronn.

I am looking for a unique graphical logo, with unique art work and font, something specific that is eye catching and stands out.

If you are interested in this project please send me a rough sketch of your idea with the details that I have specified. Unfortunately I cannot accept any proposals without a rough sketch of what I have specified in order to see if you have the vision of what I am looking for.
