Two logo images transferred into usable file formats.

I have two logos already created which I need turning into usable file formats, for uploading onto websites and onto business cards and other stuff.

I need them to have a transparent background also.

I would like a couple of minor manual tweaks to the designs. I am not looking for someone to just run them through AI for the minor design tweaks.

I would also like certain parts of the logos to be isolated as separate usable files, e.g. the words.
