To update a company logo following company name change

Looking for a designer to take an existing logo and revamp it a little.

Company name has changed slightly so needs to be represented in that too.

Also needs to be web safe colours and to work on a workwear colour scheme.

Would expect design to be made available in high resolution PNG and JPEG formats and with ability to have transparent background.

I expect once complete to hold all copyrights and publication rights to the design.
