Stamp Logo Design

I require a logo design for ice cream which is designed in the form of a stamp.

I want the logo to look like an approved stamp.

I require the centre of the stamp logo to have space left in the middle so I can place an existing text logo inside once the logo is complete.

The stamp must be a creative circular shape and must be unique- no template or copied design.

In the circular design I require two words one at the top and one at the bottom that says ice cream.
