Some brand guidelines for a brand we have already developed

We have developed a logo and look/feel for an estate agency in France and need to produce a brand guideline document. They are a small agency so we don't need to do anything too fancy - however we do want something that looks professional that we can also use with other clients (we will show them the guidelines to help win work).

We have the logo (it's a simple text logo and have already shown how it might work on a background (pictures of South West France).

I think we'll need around 6 pages in addition to a front 'cover'

1) the brand and what they 'stand' for etc. - this is text
2) the logo in different formats (eg white background / black background )
3) the colour pallet (may need some help with that although I think there are 3 !)
4) the typorgrapy (2 fonts - 1 in the logo and open sans for rest)
5) imagary
6) a few pages showing the brand in 'applicaiton'

a) business card
b) brochure
c) website & app
d) on signs (estate agency sign)

Now i've priced this at around £100 - which whilst maybe low - - but I really am thinking that we need a few hours of work. If you think you can do a great job and add value and that we've estimated incorrectly - let me know what you think our budget should be. We're not been paid for this element (brand guidelines) so it's coming out of our budget and as I said we think we'll use it to win future work if it looks really good.

I will provide all of the information very quickly and we will keep things very simple - the logo and 'brand' tone are already !
