Small tweak to an existing logo

Extra notes: I would like to tweak and enhance an existing logo. The current logo is very plain and consists simply of writing inside a plain circle. The existing colours are fixed and these are the ones the client wishes to use.

We want to enhance it by including a circular arrow around the existing circle like that used in the sample shown. The 3 concepts I would like are a green arrow to contrast against the blue circle; a blue arrow separated by a thin white border; and lastly a third option a plain grey-ish colour perhaps with and inner shadow.
