Small Improvements and clean up of a Logo

Hi all,
I have received a logo from a PPH designer but I am unhappy with a few elements of the design, I would like a talented creative to take a look at the overall logo and provide me with a cleaner and easier to use version - I would also appreciate feedback and suggestions as the design is not finalised yet. I require two logos the 'Flow' and the 'F' Icon.

1) Remake the 'F' so that it is smoother and not made of so many points, the thickness should match that of the rest of the 'LOW'
2) The remaining 'LOW' is a version of Omni Bold Slanted but I feel like it doesn't fit the 'F' in thickness, I would like the whole logo to look as one united whole.
3) The spacing seems haphazard, again cleaning in this respect is required.
4) The tail on the 'L' seems awkward and doesn't flow into the 'O' very well - should not touch the 'O' however.
5) Improvements suggested above for the single 'F' icon Logo
6) Any other suggestions and improvements.

This project would suit a experienced and forthright designer, who should be able to make quick improvements, and provide a clean, tidy and balanced logo in a Ai file, with further work available if the relationship is easy.
