Simple project branding

I need a Corporate ID for a project brand - logo, basic colour-scheme. For internal and donor use. The project then creates its own public-facing brands that are outside the scope of this piece of work.
Deadline for inquiries: 8pm GMT Thurs 22 Aug. Job starts Fri 23 Aug. Delivered by 30 Aug.
Expectations: Provide 3 logos to choose from by noon on Weds 28 Aug. Chosen logo developed into corporate ID (i.e. how it looks on letterhead, business cards, email footer).
All graphic elements to be handed over on delivery.
The project is called 'Bible Engagement for Youth'. It is a global inter-agency project to find new, creative ways to engage young people from around the world with the Bible.
