Simple logo design, branding and web graphics

We require logo design (branding) for a new website. Have a look at current design (www.rcm2jv.com).

Kindly note I need someone to work on the basis of the following parameters (see attached):
a) rcm2jv - no capital letters, number 2 superscripted
b) rcm-squared in one colour - jv (joint venture) is another matching or complementary colour
c) playing with fonts - no need to add a complex design - most similar engineering consultancies play with characters representing the company name. I can provide examples to short-listed candidates.

Initial work can lead to larger project(s). I am also open to simple concept ideas/sketches at your risk. If I liked any, then I will choose you, provide feedback and pay for further work.
