Revised Logo

I already have a Logo for my Business that I am happy with however I would like to revise it to reflect different avenues of the Business.
ACE Sports & Education provide PE Lessons and Holiday Clubs for Children. For our Holiday Clubs I want to drop the "Education" from our Logo and so it reads "ACE Sports Holiday Clubs"

I want to keep the logo the same just with the Holiday Clubs text added but I want it added in different text as if it has been "slapped on the page". This logo will hopefully help customers recognise the different areas of my business.

The main aim of our Holiday Clubs is FUN for the Children so I would like this reflected in the text.

I have attached my logo with a blue & white background. I would like the new Holiday Club logo to be done with blue and white background and also have transparent copies of both too.
Also you will notice 3 coloured dots in the corner of the logo that the last designer put there. I would like these removed if possible.
