Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I have a basic logo mockup and clear direction for a drinks brand (Rush Beverages) and I’m looking for a designer to professionally recreate and refine it.
The concept is already defined (circular badge with bold “RUSH” centre and curved text), but it needs to be rebuilt cleanly and refined.
This is not a blank-sheet design job — it’s about taking a rough mockup and turning it into a clean, production-ready logo, recreated accurately from the design intent in the mockup.
Scope of Work
1. Recreate from Mockup
Rebuild the logo as a clean vector (AI/SVG)
Do not auto-trace
Recreate accurately from the design intent shown in the mockup
2. Typography & Spacing Refinement
Refine optical kerning across all text
Ensure curved text is evenly spaced and visually balanced:
“CRAFTED IN SCOTLAND” (top arc)
“RUSH BEVERAGES” (bottom arc)
Resolve known issues:
Letters sitting too close to the outer ring
Uneven spacing on curved text
Ensure no characters touch or clash with lines
3. Structure & Proportions
Ensure consistent spacing between:
Outer ring
Curved text
Inner elements
Maintain a strong, tight badge structure (not overly spaced out)
4. Logo Variations Required
Please provide two versions of the logo:
A - Full Logo (Primary)
Circular badge design
Includes:
“CRAFTED IN SCOTLAND”
“RUSH” (centre)
“RUSH BEVERAGES”
B - Simplified Logo (Secondary)
“RUSH” wordmark only
Clean, bold version derived from the main logo
No circular badge or surrounding text
5. Scalability Requirement (Applies to Both Versions)
Both logo versions must be optimised to work across:
Very small applications - bottle caps, tap badges, glassware, embroidery
Large-scale applications - signage, banners, building graphics
The designs must remain:
clear and legible at small sizes
visually strong and balanced at large scale
6. Colour Versions
Please provide both logo versions in:
- Black on white
- White on black
- Black on transparent background
- White on transparent background
All versions should be solid colours (no greys, gradients or effects).
7. Deliverables
Master files:
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- SVG
Print files:
- PDF (vector)
Digital files:
- PNG (transparent background, high resolution)
- JPEG (white background)
- SVG optimised for web use
Style Direction
Bold, clean, modern
Minimal — no gradients, shadows or effects
Strong typography-led design
Industrial / craft feel (not overly decorative)
Typography guidance:
The general brand font is Montserrat (for reference only)
The “RUSH” text in the logo should be a custom-designed wordmark, not standard typed text
It should feel bold, distinctive, and consistent with the overall brand style
Stroke/line weights should be balanced with the overall logo, maintaining clarity at small sizes and strength at large scale
Final files must be fully editable and ownership rights transferred upon completion.
Expected turnaround - 2 days
