Reel Kiwis Fishing Magazine Logo Design

I’m looking for an experienced logo designer to create a professional logo for Reel Kiwis, a new digital fishing magazine based in New Zealand.
The logo must work as both:
A magazine title/masthead — suitable for the front cover of a digital magazine, website header, PDF publication and online articles.
A social media brand logo — clear and recognisable across Facebook, Instagram, profile images, banners, posts, reels, stories and promotional graphics.

I have attached some concept images showing the style and direction I like. These include a premium navy, white/silver and gold colour palette, a kiwi bird, fishing line, hook, rod and a clean New Zealand-inspired look.
However, I do not want someone to simply copy the attached designs. I am looking for a designer who can either refine and improve these ideas or create something even better and more original.

The logo needs to feel professional, memorable, fishing-focused and suitable for building a proper brand around. It should be strong enough to work on a magazine cover, but also simple and versatile enough to use on social media, caps, polo shirts, stickers and other merchandise.

The design should ideally include some connection to New Zealand and fishing. This could include a kiwi bird, fishing rod, reel, hook, fishing line, fern or another subtle New Zealand detail. The text Reel Kiwis must remain the main focus of the design.

I would like the final logo to include:

A wide horizontal version for the magazine title/masthead
A compact version for social media profile images
A version suitable for dark backgrounds
A version suitable for light backgrounds
A one-colour version
An embroidery-friendly version for caps and clothing
Final editable vector files
PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, AI and/or EPS formats
Transparent background versions
Font details and colour codes
Full commercial usage rights

The final logo must be original, editable, professional and suitable for both digital and print use. Please do not apply if you only create basic Canva-style logos or low-resolution images.

I’m looking for someone who can take the attached ideas and turn them into a polished, professional brand identity for Reel Kiwis — something that works beautifully as a magazine title, across all social media platforms, and on merchandise.
