Redraw existing Photoshp logo in Illustrator

I have created a logo design concept in Photoshop and the client has chosen it. I haven't got time to convert this into a vector in Illustrator so i am looking for someone who is an ADVANCED Illustrator user to convert this into a vector and then make an .svg that works for web development (minus the tagline and background for the .svg file). So pretty straightforward job for someone who knows their way around Illustrator. So requirements:

1. Convert provided logo into an .ai vector file - I will supply layered Photoshop file so you can see the fonts/colours used etc and work off that.

2. Then, small job, to not only proivde the original .ai file but also provide an .svg export of just the main company name with transparent background - no tagline/no background ready to pass on to the web developer.

Please note this logo has been signed off by the client so the finished vector file has to be an EXACT replica of what I have designed already. So, you will be adept at creating flawless gradient backgrounds and elegant gold gradient styles and know how to use the Appeearance panel to create bevel/emboss effect in Illustrator. I have provided a copyrighted, watermarked .png for now so you can see if you will be able to do it but I will provide the original psd file for the designer who wins the project.

As a sample and to save time knowing you have the necessary design skills - please take the letter H into Illustrator, place it on a dark background and replicate exactly the same as my letter H. The font is called Amelia Signature and it can be downloaded here:
