Redraw existing logo

I have created a logo myself, of 6 arrows (in Paint/.bmp • no comments required). I now need this redrawn into a format that is sensible for the web, pint, and other purposes. The design should meet take into account the following.

1) One of the arrows is white, so when I use a transparent color, the white image also picks this up (IE: STAY WHITE).
2) The design needs to be fully scalable. (within reason/screen size)
3) A Black And White version needs to be also included
4) A technical definition of colors is required that can be used by other printers, and for copywriting purposes.
5) The logo you produce will be mainly used in web/electronic print format, and so all formats need to be optimized for this.
6) Formats required .GIF, .JPEG, .PNG
7) Ideally it needs to include a format suitable for transfer to Artwork (for T-Shirts etc) (we have a different supplier for this • that will produce final art work)
8) A version for High Quality and versions for the web site need to be included.
