Redesign of current logo

I currently have a logo for a theatre academy. I really like it, but have relaunched the business after closing during covid and feel that it just needs a redesign.

The theatre academy is aimed at children from 4 - 18 and so should be inviting, fun, bright and welcoming.

I want to keep some features of what I have but effectively, freshen it up! It will be used for tshirts, marketing aterial, letters and website.

I would like it to be in full colour originally, but then also have t available in single colours eg black, pink, white etc. This is due to printing costs sometimes or letters etc.

I have attached the current logo - which has multiple colours, and also the version in pink and green.
