Quick fix of a logo in Illustrator file

I need a professional designer to make my logo look really sharp and powerful.
I'm happy with what I've done but I just need someone to fine-tune it for final print to look the best quality for both web and print and export in multiple formats
I need the tag line to be fixed and the pictogram of the logo to be better stylised.
I also need a version in black and white.
It's all on illustrator and the logo is literally 85% done, it's just some adjustments.
Some other suggestions and alternatives are welcome as well
