Description
Experience Level: Expert
I’m looking for an experienced logo/brand designer to professionally refine the visual identity for a new UK operations consultancy called DeaconOps.
DeaconOps works with established and growing businesses to identify operational constraints, improve performance and implement practical business improvements. The brand needs to feel credible, professional and commercially serious, while still being modern and approachable. I want to avoid the look of a traditional large corporate consultancy or a generic small-business consultancy.
I already have an initial logo concept, colour direction and some existing branded material, so this is not necessarily a completely blank-sheet exercise. I’m happy for the designer to challenge or improve the existing concept, but I would like the current direction to be considered as the starting point.
The identity should work across a website, LinkedIn, proposals, reports, presentations and other professional business materials.
I am looking for:
* Refinement/development of the existing DeaconOps logo
* 2–3 considered design concepts or directions
* Primary horizontal logo
* Alternative/stacked version where appropriate
* Standalone icon/brand mark suitable for LinkedIn profiles and favicons
* Full-colour, black, white and monochrome versions
* Transparent PNG files
* Vector files such as SVG and EPS/AI
* Print-ready PDF files
* RGB and CMYK versions
* Final HEX/RGB/CMYK colour specifications
* Recommended typography/fonts, including confirmation of commercial usage rights
* A simple one-page brand/style guide covering logo, colours and typography
* Full commercial usage rights for the final design
The design should be clean, distinctive and capable of scaling as DeaconOps grows. I am particularly keen to avoid generic consultancy imagery such as gears, arrows, bar charts, handshakes or lightbulbs unless there is a genuinely original reason for using them.
I am looking for original design work rather than a stock logo, template or lightly modified AI-generated concept.
